Terms and Conditions of Purchase:
Dear customer, to organize the sale process, we hope that you will review the following before completing the purchase process, as completing the purchase or using the store will be considered as approval of these terms:
First: Displaying products
Displaying and marketing products in the store is in no way construed as a recommendation to suit and match any product with the customer's desire and need, and therefore the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product suits his needs by reviewing the information included on each product page, and in the introductory pages, and understanding it, and asking any question, before completing the purchase process.
Second: Reserving products
1- If payment is made by bank transfer via Instapay, no goods will be reserved until the payment receipt is sent.
Third: Shipping and delivery
1- The customer must enter the recipient's name and delivery address correctly, and if there is an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause the shipment to be delayed or not delivered or additional fees to be imposed by the shipping company or delivery representative. The delivery company may also request to see the ID to match the recipient's name before delivering the order.
2- The expected time for the goods to arrive is an estimate, and we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the store's control.
3- The order may be delayed for the customer for reasons related to the customer himself, such as not being at the delivery location, not responding to the delivery representative's call, or requesting to change the delivery address. In such circumstances, neither the store nor the delivery company are responsible for the delay.
4- The store may change the shipping company chosen by the customer without referring to the customer if the shipping is free, and it may also be changed if the shipping is paid, provided that the store returns the difference in fees to the customer if the fees after the change are less.
5- The customer must inspect the order and the product before receiving the shipment and the representative leaving. If the shipment arrives damaged from the inside, the customer must notify the shipping company before receiving the order, and then notify the store directly.
6- The customer is responsible for customs clearance, value added tax, and any government fees, restrictions or other laws imposed by other countries on orders sent outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.
7- Shipping is not done to countries not covered by the shipping company, and if the customer chooses it and the order is ordered and paid, the order will be cancelled and the customer will bear any damages such as: delaying the return of the amount to the customer's account according to the policy of his bank and any other damages.
8- The order will not be shipped or approved in the bank transfer until the amount reaches the store.
Fourth: Return and exchange
1 - All sold goods are non-returnable except in the case of manufacturing defects, in this case a return request must be submitted on the store's WhatsApp within three (3) days of receipt, and the goods must be returned to the store within two days of submitting the return request, and the amount will be refunded to the customer minus the fees (cancellation/modification/non-receipt/return) of the order shown below, if any. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for returning the goods to the store by shipping. The returned products must arrive at the store, or be delivered to the shipping company, within the period mentioned above.
2- The refund amount will be returned to the customer through Instapay or bank transfer within 7 working days after the store receives the returned product.
Fifth: Fees (cancellation/modification/non-receipt/return) of the order
The customer must send the modification or cancellation request via the store's WhatsApp, and since shipping, delivery and payment services are provided by other companies, fees may be imposed as follows:
1- If the order is delivered to the shipping company before receiving the cancellation request, or if the customer does not receive the order for a reason attributable to him, and the shipping company returns the shipment to our warehouse and imposes fees on the shipment and return (return), (a fee of 100 pounds + shipping cost will be charged) deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
2- If shipping is free, and the customer wishes to return part of the purchases, and the value of the non-returned purchases is less than 1000 pounds, the usual shipping fees will be calculated according to the destination, deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
3- The store has the right to cancel the order at any time and return the amount to the customer, in the event that the quantity runs out or there are difficulties in shipping due to delay or increased cost to the customer or the institution or for any reason, and this results in informing the customer of the reason for the cancellation and refunding the amount to the customer's account without any deduction from the transferred amount).
Sixth: Offers and discounts
1- All offers expire at the end of the specified date or when the stock runs out.
Seventh:
These terms and conditions have been prepared in Arabic and the English-speaking customer or any other language must translate these terms at his own risk and without any responsibility on the part of the Elite Brands Store. In the event of any conflict between the Arabic text and the English translation and any translation into any other language made by the customer, the Arabic text will be referred to, which is the reference and basis for the terms and conditions document. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction over them.
Eighth:
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Elite Brands Store.
Ninth:
Elite Brands Store has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notifying customers, and customers must review the terms and conditions, updates and amendments that occur before purchasing because the amendment is binding on everyone.
